We are looking for a skilled and proactive Field Engineer to maintain, repair, and prepare our critical power equipment to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role where you will be the technical expert ensuring our loadbanks, transformers, generators, battery energy storage units (BESS), UPS units, and distribution equipment are always project-ready. Your work is the foundation for the success and reliability of our field operations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Perform planned maintenance (PPM), diagnostics, repairs, and modifications on a range of critical power equipment, including:
- Loadbanks (AC/DC, Resistive/Reactive)
- Generators
- Battery Energy Storage Units (BESS)
- Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
- Transformers
- Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
- Cables and Connectors

Adhere to all company and statutory Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations at all times.
Participate in risk assessments and follow safe systems of work, including the use of appropriate PPE.
Report any near misses, defects, or hazards immediately to the Operations Manager

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

Proven experience as a service, maintenance, or workshop engineer within the power generation, critical power, or a related electrical field.
LV/HV qualified
Strong electrical background with the ability to read schematics and conduct fault-finding on complex three-phase systems.
Hands-on experience with maintaining and repairing at least some of the following: loadbanks, transformers, UPS systems, or power distribution.
Competent in using electrical test equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers).
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent attention to detail.
A full, valid driver's licence.
