Camera Crew Support

We are currently recruiting for a Camera Crew Support, this would be a fantastic opportunity for individuals with an interest in Film & TV, who would like to see and feel the impact of their work in a hands-on, highly operational, service-focused business.

Come and join the busy team at Sunbelt Rentals who provide camera support equipment to Film and TV productions, from camera cranes, remote heads, positioning vehicles and grip accessories. The Crew Support will support operational activities helping deliver the promise of high standards in our equipment and services.

• Equipment Management: Assist with the preparation, testing, and loading of equipment for hire, ensuring it is in good working order and safe to use.
•  On-Set Support: Provide support to crews on location, including assisting with rigging, setting up equipment, and troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Equipment Returns: Handle the return of equipment, performing initial inspections for damage or missing items.
• Documentation and Logistics: Maintain accurate records of equipment, prepare delivery notes, and manage logistical aspects of equipment hire.
•  Maintenance and Repair: Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring it is suitable for hire.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of camera equipment and accessories.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a camera rental house or film production environment is a plus.
• Valid driving license may be required.
